The main Business Actors is the eReader User. He can have a multitude of roles, depending on the process is his involved in and his use of the eReader : Ebook Reader, Facebook user, Citizen with Patient Files, Employee, Technician reading a technical manual... We will retain two fundamental roles for a user : Reader and/or Writer.
